We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. If you need a different size or style, simply initiate a return through our portal and place a new order.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the domestic region usually takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping may take 10-21 business days depending on the destination.
Are Zee.Dog products durable for heavy chewers?
Our products are designed with high-quality materials like soft polyester and natural rubber. While our gear is built to be tough and durable, no toy or leash is completely indestructible. We recommend supervising your pet during play.
How do I clean my Zee.Dog gear?
For leashes, collars, and harnesses, we recommend hand washing with mild soap and warm water, then air drying in the shade. For rubber toys, most are top-rack dishwasher safe, but hand washing is always the safest option.
